One person makes and supports Meowtenance, so you are writing to a human rather than a ticket queue.
I aim to reply within two working days. If you are writing about a refund, you do not need to give a reason — just say so.
What helps when reporting a problem
- Your macOS version and whether your Mac is Apple Silicon or Intel
- The Meowtenance version (shown under the app name in the window)
- What you selected and what happened — especially the exact wording of any message
If a cleanup reported "partly completed", that usually means another app was holding the files open. The message names the category; quitting that app and running again normally clears it.
Who you are dealing with
Meowtenance is made and sold by İlhan Bayar, an independent software developer based in Türkiye. There is no company — it is one developer, working alone.
Purchases are processed by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.) acting as Merchant of Record. Polar appears on your card statement and can also handle billing questions and refunds directly.
